The Mother Bear's Pizza campus location is closed for cleaning Monday after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.
In a Facebook post Monday afternoon, Mother Bear’s Pizza said the employee works one day a week and their last shift was Sunday, July 5, but any staff who worked in close proximity with the employee will be required to get tested before returning to work.
The pizzeria will close operations at that location for the rest of the day to perform a deep clean and the Monroe Co. Health Department has been contacted. The post says they say they will reopen when it's safe to do so.
