Lotus Education and Arts Foundation received a $10,000 grant from the Youth Program Resilience Fund of Lilly Endowment Inc., according to Lotus’s website.
“This grant offers essential support to help Lotus bring its programming to the community, especially at a time when much of our content must be delivered virtually,” Lotus Executive Director Tamara Loewenthal said online.

Lotus hosts the annual Lotus World Music and Arts Festival in Bloomington and coordinates various other music and art performances and workshops. According to the foundation’s website, it plans to use the grant to connect youth and families in South Central Indiana with in-person and online events.
