Nashville-based Big Woods Restaurant and Hard Truth Distillery are again increasing their footprint away from Brown County. This time, the restaurant and distillery are eyeing Indianapolis’s Fashion Mall for an expansion.
The company says both outlets are slated to open in the spring of 2022.
Tim O’Brien, a partner with Big Woods, Quaff ON!, and Hard Truth Distillery says this latest expansion is meant to increase exposure of each brand—the Fashion Mall expansion does just that, O’Brien says.
“It is kind of our way of establishing little cool beachheads for the Hard Truth brand out in the market, where our products can be featured," he said. "And we're having a lot of fun with that. So, I could see us doing more of those potentially if the opportunities present themselves again.”
O’Brien says Hard Truth hopes to continue growing its distribution base throughout the country. Big Woods currently has 10 locations throughout Indiana.
