Bloomington hospital moving, I-69 ready to open through Martinsville | Indiana Newsdesk

Right now on  Indiana Newsdesk:

Bloomington Hospital will move this weekend from its location on Second Street, where it has been for the last seventy-five years. We get a behind the scenes look at the new IU Health facility on the bypass, which includes an academic center.

Construction on I-69 has routed traffic through Martinsville for the last year, but it’s had one positive side-effect – boosting the downtown economy. The portion of the interstate project through the city is expected to be open by the end of this month.

And state lawmakers want to make it easier for businesses to allow employees to opt out of COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Those stories and the latest news headlines from across the state, right now on  Indiana Newsdesk.
