Which Monroe County offices are up for election in 2022?

Monroe County voters will have a handful of local, state and congressional offices to fill in 2022. The positions include U.S. Senator and county sheriff, as well as spots on county council and school boards.

While a few individuals have declared their intent to run for office, no one will be able to formally file as a candidate until Jan. 5. The state deadline is Feb. 4 at noon.

Indiana’s primary elections are May 3.
