Pandemic affects childhood development, historic black properties, Zero in Bloomington | Indiana Newsdesk

Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Bloomington was recently designated a historic district, preserving the property in perpetuity.  Church members say there’s more historically black properties they’d like protected.
