Indiana’s near-total abortion ban was supposed to go into effect this week, but a petition filed by the ACLU has temporarily put the ban on hold. Experts expect Indiana’s abortion law to face even more legal challenges.

Former Indiana governor and vice president Mike Pence brought his presidential campaign to the Indiana State Fair this week. But Pence is still short of qualifying for a spot on the GOP debate stage.
