The IU Student Health Center has COVID-19 tests in stock, and students, faculty and staff living both on and off campus have multiple access points, including delivery and on-campus vending machines.
Students can also visit the Student Health Center to be tested.
It’s part of the university’s response to COVID-19 in the new academic year.
“We’re trying to message, one, that COVID still exists, and two, we want to encourage in hopes that people do get tested, especially if they have symptoms,” said Graham McKeen, IU’s Director of Public and Environmental Health.
The on-campus vending machines are located in McNutt Residence Center and the Indiana Memorial Union.

McKeen said the vending machines are stocked daily, though they’re typically empty by the end of the day.
“Our current supply is dwindling a little bit, but I think it’s something that we want to offer and provide access for,” McKeen said.
Students can order their COVID tests through the IU Student Health Center’s Pharmacy Delivery Order Form.
USPS off- campus delivery has a $7 flat fee. Curbside pickup at the Student Health Center and Campus Residence Hall delivery is free.
Insurance is not required for over-the-counter items, such as COVID tests.
There are numerous other over-the-counter items available for delivery through the order form, listed at the bottom of the form.
