Property tax reform on communities, teacher shortage, new bobcat guidelines | Indiana Newsdesk

Local leaders say Governor Mike Braun’s proposed property tax reform would cripple their municipal services. The reform proposal would also eliminate nearly two billion dollars in funding for school districts over the next three years.
