TIRE AMNESTY DAY
What a nasty thing to come across when you’re hiking or driving down the road—dumped tires. Tires illegally disposed of. However, a variety of tires may be brought to the Waste Reduction District’s Tire Amnesty Day. At the Fairgrounds, September 19th. The District offers waste tire collection for a minimal fee throughout the year but on September 19th you can dispose of accepted tires, FREE. Constellation Stage & Screen presents “Heist” on stage September 3-20 at the Waldron Auditorium.

A band of criminals, torn apart by suspicion and betrayal, reunites for one last job. The target: a multi-million dollar ruby owned by an international jewel thief. When the plan goes sideways, they slowly realize that when stealing from a thief, there are no rules. Inspired by caper films like Ocean’s Eleven, The Italian Job, and The Sting, this high-stakes thriller is packed with double-crosses, disguises, and daring escapes.

ractice the art of drawing from observation in this hands-on still life drawing class! Each class will feature a new arrangement of objects for students to observe and interpret through drawing. You’ll explore composition, proportion, light, value, and different drawing techniques while building confidence in your observational skills.

This class is open to adults, as well as students in Grades 10–12, and is
welcoming to artists of varying experience levels. The class will primarily use
vine charcoal, with pencils also available for those who prefer working in graphite. Students with previous still life drawing experience are welcome to bring their own preferred drawing materials.

An authentic traditional Tibetan Veg - non-Vegetarian delicacies (Buffet style) like momos, Pingsha, Alu khatsa, famous hot sauce, etc. and Tibetan butter tea prepared by the monks. All the meals are prepared in monastic style. Guest will enjoy the meals in true monastic atmosphere.

• Learn the basics of music theory
• Build confidence playing the ukulele
