Will You Need Health Insurance If The Atmosphere Is Destroyed?

As the Obama administration attempts to get the wheels moving forward with their new health care plan/agenda, some environmentalists are worried that lawmakers will end up making health care and climate change legislation an "either/or" situation.

Some have raised concerns that by trying to push two major initiatives at one time, they could both fail.
