Bravo's Top Chef Tries Hand At School Lunch

Celebrity chefs taking on the challenges of school lunch is becoming a bona fide trend!

White House Assistant Chef Sam Kass was a guest judge on the last episode of Bravo TV's Top Chef. The shows contestants found themselves in the cafeteria of a Washington, D.C. middle school with only $2.68 per child to spend on a tasty, healthy school lunch.

The restrictions school administrators and lunch workers face every day proved to be more daunting than the chefs expected.
