A new study suggests that to curb emissions and fight climate change, the best course of action might be to strictly follow the world's wealthiest individuals who have been previously identified as being indifferent to the climate issues we all face.
In fact, a recent Princeton study says that more than half of the world's emissions come from only 700 million people, and there is a growing movement to put a cap on these emissions.
The wealthiest individuals (and their over-indulgent behavior) would likely be the first to go over such a cap, and thus have to pay the price (likely in some form of a tax or penalty).
