Coffee Collaboration, Maple Syrup, Crops Other Than Corn

What if your barista could talk to your roaster to make sure that shot of espresso is the best it can be? As we hear this week, that's how things work at Hopscotch Coffee.

We're going to give the salmon a sauna of a lifetime. I've got some of Tim Burton's Maple Syrup from Burton's Maple Camp, and this stuff is good.

And it goes great with just about anything. That salmon will be broiled on a cedar plank, then Chef Daniel Orr gives turnips a maple syrup make-over.
