Queen: We are the champions

Formed in 1970, the group Queen consisted of vocalist Freddie Mercury along with guitarist Brian May, bassist John Deacon and drummer Roger Meddows-Taylor. The groundbreaking six-minute-long Bohemian Rhapsody ushered in the modern era of the music video, and their hit single We are the champions became a well-known sports event anthem. Their last album as a group was the 1991 effort Innuendo, made before Mercury passed away. The versatile vocals of Mercury were a hallmark of Queen's style, and he even recorded duets with none other than soprano MONTSERRAT CABALLÉ!
