Despite a convincing win by Larry Buschon over his Tea Party challenger Kristi Risk in the 8th District Republican primary, Terre Haute Mayor Duke Bennett says he still feels the activist group is relevant in West Central Indiana...though he says he's sometimes puzzled by its members.
