French Horn Player Gunther Schuller

Gunther Schuller is one of the more colorful and eclectic musicians of our time. Entirely self-taught, he began as the principal French Horn player with the Cincinnati Symphony at age 17. His musical career includes composing, conducting, and extensive contributions as an educator, jazz historian, music publisher, and author.
