The City of Bloomington says the owners of Night Moves strip club accepted its offer Thursday to purchase the property for $800,000.
The redevelopment commission unanimously approved the city's request to offer $775,000 for the property during a meeting Monday. The approval also allowed the city to negotiate with the owners if the offer wasn't accepted.
The commission will be asked to approve the final purchase price after the city conducts a Phase 2 environmental study of the site. The commission will then have 30 days to make sure all conditions of the agreement are met. Upon approval, the sale would be finalized within 90 days.
Rodney Domer currently rents the Night Moves property and has 15 business days to match or better the city's offer.
