UPDATE: IU Student Found Dead; Police Say No Foul Play

Bloomington police say a 20-year-old man was found dead in his South Jordan Avenue residence Tuesday afternoon. Officers went to check on him after someone trying to contact him reported getting no response.

BPD Captain Ryan Pedigo says there were no signs of foul play. An autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.

IU spokesperson Chuck Carney confirmed that a student died at an off-campus residence on South Jordan Avenue.
