Crash Involving IndyGo Bus Shelter Leaves Two People Dead

Indianapolis police say two people are dead and another is critically injured after a vehicle struck an IndyGo bus shelter. Three people were waiting at the bus shelter when the accident happened

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department traffic investigators say the accident happened at about 3:25 a.m. Sunday. Police say the vehicle's driver told them he was traveling on a roadway when another vehicle struck him and forced him off the road and into the bus shelter. Police say three people were lying on the ground when officers arrived. One of the victims, 61-year-old Marvin Kinchlow, died at a hospital.

Indianapolis police said Monday morning that 59-year-old Eugene Guzman died also.

Police say another victim is in critical condition. Police are investigating.
