The Hoosiers are 2-0 this season.
With a win, the Hoosiers would be 3-0 to start the season for the first time since 2010.
Saturday's game against the Hilltoppers will be the first for sophomore linebacker, Tegray Scales, who was sidelined for two games.
Kickoff on Saturday is at 4 p.m.
Next week the Hoosiers are on the road against Wake Forest University, and they return on Oct. 3 to take on the No. 1-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes.
