The Indiana University Board of Trustees will consider a resolution for the university to stop offering domestic partner benefits.
The resolution seeks a transition period before benefits would stop.
The proposal comes after the U.S. Supreme Court handed down a decision in June that legalized same-sex marriage nationwide.
Trustees are meeting Thursday and Friday at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
