Paoli Peaks announced Monday it's closing for the 2017-2018 season.
The decision comes after the business suspended operations on Feb. 20 because it got too warm to make snow. The warmer weather is becoming a consistent problem for Paoli Peaks, making the ski seasons shorter over the past few years.
But, this year, Paoli enjoyed a few weeks of ideal snow-making conditions. That allowed the business to remain open from Dec. 15 into February.
