Heavy rainfall across Indiana caused at least seven sanitary sewer overflows in Bloomington since Saturday.
The City of Bloomington says the overflows occurred in the following areas:
Crews followed clean-up protocol in the impacted areas once the overflows stopped. But, untreated sewage still could have accumulated.
The city says it's still trying to determine how much sewage overflowed.
