There are still several hundred people without power following yesterday's severe storms.
At the peak yesterday, Duke Energy was reporting more than 15,000 outages in Monroe County, that's now a couple hundred around the Bloomington area.
The Utilities District of Western Indiana reports that crews have been working all night to restore power to customers.
In western Monroe County and into Greene and Lawrence Counties UDWI reports there are now fewer than 1,000 customers without power.
The National Weather Service reported the storm downed trees, blocking some roads. It says a trained spotter measured a 61 mph wind gust northeast of Indianapolis.
