Indiana University and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police are investigating after they say a man armed and stabbed someone in the Blackford Street Garage Thursday morning.
IUPUI sent out an emergency alert about the incident shortly after it happened, instructing students and staff to stay away from the parking garage.
Police searched the area, but did not find the suspect.
