Brown County Schools yearbook advisor Dr. Greg Mosley has resigned after naming a student “Black Guy” in the high school yearbook instead of using the student’s name.
Administrators at Brown County Schools had previously suspended Mosley for two weeks without pay.

The district found no students past or present were involved. Both district officials and Mosley declined requests for an interview.
Superintendent Dr. Laura Hammack previously said the district is open to absorbing the cost for new yearbooks to be printed, but updates were not immediately available.
Hammack said in a statement, "While the incident involving our student and the ensuing process has been extremely difficult, we hope it is clear that disrespectful acts and attitudes such as these are not tolerated."
