Death doulas, clearcutting for I-69, Caveat Emptor closing | Indiana Newsdesk

Conversations about the end of life can be difficult, but professionals known as death doulas are available to help with the transition. Ahead, we visit a woman and the doulas helping her on her journey.

Residents were caught off guard when trees were cut down to make way for the Fullerton Pike Project, a corridor linking to I-69 just southwest of Bloomington. Construction on the project is expected to begin next summer.

And longtime Bloomington bookstore Caveat Emptor may be closing if new owners can’t be found soon.
