Remnants from Hurricane Beryl will soak much of Indiana through Wednesday.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Indianapolis say rainfall amounts across central Indiana will range from 1.5 to 3 inches.

The best chances for severe weather will be from 5 p.m. until midnight Tuesday. Forecasters say the probability of an isolated tornado is under nine percent for southern Indiana. A tornado watch is in effect until midnight.

Lightning and heavy rain are also threats.

A 50 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms continues Wednesday.
