The Mooresville student accused of plotting a school shooting will continue to be held without bond at the Morgan County Jail.

Morgan County Superior Court Judge Dakota Van Leeuwen ordered Thursday that 18-year-old Trinity Shockley undergo two full psychological tests before bail is set.

The order says Shockley represents a significant safety threat. The judge noted that Shockley appeared unstable in an initial hearing earlier this week and presented contradicting statements in the police interview.

Shockley is held under felony charges of conspiracy to commit murder and two counts of intimidation with threat to commit terrorism.
