Butternut Squash In Two Ways

Butternut Squash has invaded my kitchen, hooray! Whether it is poured in a soup or simply roasted and devoured, butternut squash is a wonderful veg for these cold Indiana nights. Here are two no-fuss recipes that let the squash shine with equal deliciousness, perfect for cool nights and virtually foolproof.

Roasting butternut squash is my absolute favorite way to cook them. To me it brings out the sweet, nutty taste. If you're looking for something even faster you could grill your butternut squash and season it with nutmeg and cinnamon.
