Poultry Shows Shut Down, Flan And Pickled Eggs, Ag Desk Jobs

Many of these chicken breeds now are becoming less and less common. And I love that if someone wants to come and buy some of my birds, they'll go home and perhaps raise them and they'll continue the beauty of this breed.

Which is why Jana Wilson is concerned that many of the poultry shows she attends are getting canceled, because that's where she sells her birds. She'll tell us how else the fallout from the avian influenza outbreak has affected her chicken.

Researchers are rating farm chemicals on how likely they are to cause cancer. We'll hear about that from Harvest Public Media.

Ag desk jobs are on the rise.
