Bloomington's annual strawberry shortcake festival at Switchyard Park is on track to raise about $70,000 in support of programming that serves hundreds of local children.

The change brings the Switchyard Park stations in line with the city’s other metered charging stations in the Morton Street, Walnut Street, Trades District and Fourth Street parking garages.
