One of John Mellencamp‘s sons, who is already facing criminal charges, now faces another charge.
Twenty-year old Hud Mellencamp was charged with misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol on July 10.
Hud, and his brother Speck, were charged with felony battery last year after police say they seriously injured a man in a fight in Bloomington.
That case is still in the pretrial stage.
