The mother of ISIS hostage Abdul-Rahman Kassig reached out to his captors on social media for the second time Tuesday.
Paula Kassig has repeatedly asked the group to show mercy and release her son. She used Twitter to attempt to reach them earlier this month:
Paula made another plea on Twitter Tuesday.
In a video released earlier this month, ISIS identified Abdul-Rahman as their next execution target. They captured him last October, when he was working for a humanitarian aid organization he founded in Syria.
