NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is upholding the four-game suspension of New England Patriots' quarterback Tom Brady for his involvement in the "Deflategate" scandal.
The league made that announcement Tuesday.
Brady was suspended in May after an independent investigation found it was "more probable than not" that footballs used in a January game between the New England Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts were tampered with.
While the investigation did not say Brady was responsible for deflating the balls, it did identify him as likely being aware of the deflation.
The NFL says Brady will be eligible to play in a game in week six against the Indianapolis Colts.
