The Indiana State Fair closed out its 17-day run Sunday at the state fairgrounds, and just under one million Hoosiers attended the fair over the last few weeks.
More than 900,000 people attended this year's Indiana State Fair.
Fair organizers say the fair saw four days with at least 70,000 attendees.
They also say that the opening Saturday, as well as the $2 Tuesday promotion both broke records.
This year's attendance total is also the fifth highest on record.
Next year's fair is scheduled to run between Aug. 5-21.
