The bakers at Rainbow Bakery are busy preparing for their biggest weekend of the year –Valentine's Day.
They're working to fill dozens of orders and also preparing extra sweets people can pick up this weekend. The bakery specializes in heart-shaped cookies and sweetheart cakes.
Co-owner and baker Lisa Dorazewski has learned the holiday sneaks up on a lot of customers.
"We find that most people do things last minute and so we're preparing a lot of things that can be taken out of the case too," Dorazewski says.
Dorazewski expects Rainbow Bakery will see an increase in cookie and cake sales this weekend compared to last Valentine's Day.
