Letters Ask For Tough Sentence For Subway's Jared Fogle

The federal judge reviewing the fate of former Subway Spokesman Jared Fogle has been getting letters from folks asking her to give Fogle the harshest sentence possible. It's believed the letters are partly due to widespread knowledge of the case.

Fogle has a change of plea hearing set for Thursday, November 19th.

Judge Tanya Walton Pratt can either accept or reject Fogle's plea deal. He faces five to 12 1/2 years behind bars if Pratt accepts the deal.

Back in August, Fogle pleaded guiltyto two counts of Distribution and Receiving Child Pornography and Travel to Engage in Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

He also agreed to pay $1.4 million in restitution to 14 victims cited in charges against him. As we've reported, the majority of victims have received checks.
