The Indiana Hoosiers (23-6, 13-3), have clinched a share of the Big Ten regular season title for the 22nd time, tying Purdue for the most all-time.
With two games to go in the regular season, Indiana has a two-game lead in the conference standings over No. 6 Michigan State, No. 8 Iowa, No. 10 Maryland, and Wisconsin. Those four teams all sit at 11-5 in the conference standings.
Indiana clinched the title after both Iowa and Maryland fell over the weekend, giving Indiana a two-game cushion. The Hoosiers can win the title outright with a victory in either of their final two games.
It is the second conference title in four years for Indiana head coach Tom Crean, the other coming in 2013.
Indiana travels to Iowa City on Tuesday to face Iowa (20-8, 11-5). Tipoff is scheduled for 9 p.m.
