Daybook: ACLU Sues State & IU Ends Prison Class Program

The American Civil Liberties Union, on behalf of Planned Parenthood, is suing the state of Indiana over the recently-adopted controversial anti-abortion law. The lawsuit asks the federal court system to block the measure that bans abortions performed because of the fetus' characteristics, like sex, race or disability.
