Today is opening day for the NBA, and one Hoosier from last year's men's basketball team will be on an NBA team.
Former Indiana University forward Troy Williams is on the roster of the Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizzlies will be playing at home against the Minnesota Timberwolves 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Another notable loss to the Hoosiers this year is guard Yogi Ferrell. Ferrell broke records while at IU, but Ferrell was waived by the Brooklyn Nets last week after three pre-season games.
Former IU guard Nick Ziesloft was waived from the Indiana Pacers practice squad last week as well.
