Severe storms produced a tornado with wind speeds of 100 MPH in south western Indiana Wednesday evening.
A National Weather Service damage survey team reported a brief EF1 tornado touched down near Cannelburg in Daviess County just after 6 p.m.
Five minutes later a trained spotter reported a funnel cloud near Loogootee. A tornado warning was issued at 6:07 indicating radar was picking up rotation.
No injuries or fatalities were reported. The tornado damaged the roof to a home and destroyed two outbuildings along with a silo.
