Perry Township Providing Hotel Rooms For Residents Displaced By Flood

Perry Township will provide temporary assistance for residents who do not have a place to stay after the weekend’s flood.

Those who were displaced are eligible to receive a voucher for up to a week’s stay at a hotel in Bloomington. They should contact the Perry Township Trustee’s office and apply for help there.

People seeking assistance need to show proof of displacement and be Perry Township residents.

Those approved will receive a voucher for either the Super 8 on Bloomington’s west side or the Travelodge on the city’s east side.
