National Guard deployed to hospitals, Student Athletes cashing in | Indiana Newsdesk

Right now on  Indiana Newsdesk

The inaugural Hoosier Fan Fest is scheduled for next month, but unlike in the past, Indiana’s basketball players will be able to cash in on the event, thanks to the new name, image and likeness policy. The event is just one way student-athletes at IU are taking advantage of the NCAA’s rule change.

And our Mitch Legan visited Camp Atterbury, where he talked with Afghan evacuees who are trying to make a new life in America.

Those stories and the latest news headlines from across the state, right now on  Indiana Newsdesk.
