Bloomington Mayor Mark Kruzan says the city is continuing to work with Finelight Strategic Marketing on a possible downtown parking garage to serve the company's proposed new headquarters at the former site of Ladyman's Cafe.
Kruzan says the garage is a bigger-picture project that is itself part of an ever-changing sector of the downtown. He says ultimately the City Council will have to decide whether or not they want to invest in such a facility. Kruzan says a recent Chamber of Commerce analysis of parking needs brought about an important point.
