Arctic Blast Expected Tonight Into Tuesday Morning

Forecasters at the National Weather Service are predicting another round of arctic air to bring dangerously cold temperatures and wind chills to Indiana tonight and Tuesday morning.

Wind chills of 30 degrees below zero have prompted officials to issue a wind chill warning for central Indiana until 1 p.m. Tuesday. Officials say the combination of very cold air and strong winds could result in frost bite and hypothermia.

A wind chill advisory remains in effect until 1 p.m. Tuesday for southern Indiana.
