A Seymour-based health care provider announced today that it will expand its operations and add hundreds of jobs.
Activate Healthcare says it will spend close to $700,000 to lease and renovate a space in the far north side of Indianapolis.
The company works with employers to provide health care clinics in the workplace.
The state is offering Activate Healthcare almost $4 million in conditional tax credits.
The firm currently employs 110 people in its 18 clinics in Indiana.
