Morning Headline Roundup: Wednesday, May 13, 2015

Good morning! Here are some of the stories on our radar today.

1. IU basketball player forward Devin Davis received a marijuana citation Monday night.

Police say that Davis was not arrested and was cited for possession under 30 grams after police found the pot in his backpack at one of the school dorms. A statement from the school says that Davis has been suspended from all team activities.

Davis missed all of last year after an incident where he was struck by a car being driven by one of his teammates.

2. Police still don't know what caused the death of Kyler Myers.

A cause of death has not been identified for the man who died in law enforcement custody in Johnson County on Monday.

Indiana State Police say the results of an autopsy Tuesday were inconclusive, but that there were no signs of trauma on the body of 19-year old-Kyler Myers.

3. Hoosiers are needed to take part in the Bicentennial Torch Relay.

The Indiana Office of Tourism Development is accepting torchbearer nominations from residents who demonstrate exceptional public service, excellence in their profession, acts of heroism or volunteer service to their neighborhood, community, region or state.

The relay will start September 9, 2016 in Corydon.
