The Indiana job market for new college graduates is the best it‘s been in about five years, according to the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.
IDWD spokesman Joe Frank says the state labor force has grown by 72,000 people since January 2013 and the state has gained nearly 14,000 manufacturing jobs and 50,000 total private sector jobs in the past two years.
"We just keep seeing better indicators month by month and year over year," Frank says.
Frank says workers at all skill and age levels are now in demand, and he says wages have increased by about 3 percent in the past two years.
